Participate in a Study on Workplace Recognition

The School Support Staff Federation (SSSF-CSQ), in collaboration with the Fédération des syndicats de l’enseignement (FSE-CSQ) and the Fédération des professionnelles et professionnels de l’éducation du Québec (FPPE-CSQ), has contributed to a research project led by Professor Geneviève Sirois and funded by the Fonds de recherche du Québec – Société et culture (FRQSC).
This study focuses on non-monetary forms of workplace recognition and their role in employee retention.
Why this study?
The research aims to better understand:
- the different forms of non-monetary recognition offered in workplaces;
- how these forms of recognition are perceived by employees;
- their influence on employees’ motivation to remain in their positions.
How can you participate?
Interested members are invited to complete an online questionnaire that takes approximately thirty (30) minutes to complete. You have until October 31 to respond.
Participation is entirely voluntary, and all information collected will remain confidential.

An information sheet outlining the study’s objectives, participation procedures, and confidentiality measures will be presented at the beginning of the questionnaire. We encourage all participants to review it before getting started.
Participation is voluntary. You may discontinue your participation at any time or choose not to answer specific questions without providing a reason.
