- 1The difference between actual inflation (2.71%) and the 2.6% increase covering the period from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026, results in a 0.11% adjustment to our salaries. The only retroactive adjustment that will need to be applied is between March 31, 2026, and the date on which the 0.11% adjustment, linked to the application of the purchasing power protection clause, is incorporated into the rates and salary scales. Employers have until October 17, 2026, to make these adjustments.
- 2This adjustment is applied before the 2.5% salary increase of April 1, 2026. The latter will therefore be recalculated based on the salary already adjusted by 0.11% as of March 31, 2026. Employers have until October 17, 2026, to make these adjustments. Furthermore, the salary could be increased by up to 1.0%, to protect purchasing power, on March 31, 2027, if inflation is higher than 2.5%.
- 3The salary could be increased by up to 1.0%, to protect purchasing power, on March 31, 2028, if inflation is higher than 3.5%.
