{"id":6968,"date":"2026-09-15T19:33:10","date_gmt":"2026-09-15T17:33:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fpss.lacsq.org\/?post_type=actualite&#038;p=6968"},"modified":"2026-09-15T20:12:50","modified_gmt":"2026-09-15T18:12:50","slug":"participate-in-a-study-on-workplace-recognition","status":"publish","type":"actualite","link":"https:\/\/fpss.lacsq.org\/en\/actualites\/participate-in-a-study-on-workplace-recognition\/","title":{"rendered":"Participate in a Study on Workplace Recognition"},"content":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"parent":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-6968","actualite","type-actualite","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":{"image":6959,"image_tablette":6961,"image_mobile":6963,"push":false,"push_message":"","contenu_flexible":[{"acf_fc_layout":"1_colonne","texte":"The School Support Staff Federation (SSSF-CSQ), in collaboration with the F\u00e9d\u00e9ration des syndicats de l\u2019enseignement (FSE-CSQ) and the F\u00e9d\u00e9ration des professionnelles et professionnels de l\u2019\u00e9ducation du Qu\u00e9bec (FPPE-CSQ), has contributed to a research project led by Professor Genevi\u00e8ve Sirois and funded by the <a href=\"https:\/\/frq.gouv.qc.ca\/en\/\">Fonds de recherche du Qu\u00e9bec \u2013 Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et culture (FRQSC)<\/a>.\r\n\r\nThis study focuses on non-monetary forms of workplace recognition and their role in employee retention.\r\n\r\n<strong>Why this study?<\/strong>\r\n\r\nThe research aims to better understand:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>the different forms of non-monetary recognition offered in workplaces;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>how these forms of recognition are perceived by employees;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>their influence on employees' motivation to remain in their positions.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<strong>How can you participate?<\/strong>\r\n\r\nInterested members are invited to complete an online questionnaire that takes approximately thirty (30) minutes to complete. You have until October 31 to respond.\r\n\r\nParticipation is entirely voluntary, and all information collected will remain confidential.\r\n\r\n\ud83d\udc49 <strong>Access the questionnaire: \u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/universiteteluq.limequery.org\/766831?lang=en\">https:\/\/universiteteluq.limequery.org\/766831?lang=en<\/a>\r\n\r\n<strong>Consent and Confidentiality<\/strong>\r\n\r\nAn information sheet outlining the study's objectives, participation procedures, and confidentiality measures will be presented at the beginning of the questionnaire. We encourage all participants to review it before getting started.\r\n\r\nParticipation is voluntary.
