Yet, it remains a reality and affects students, school support staff<sup>1<\/sup>, and all education personnel.\r\n\r\nFaced with this continuing concern, efforts are continuing to denounce and address it. The school network federations<sup>2<\/sup> and the Centrale des syndicats du Qu\u00e9bec (CSQ) have produced a guide for preventing and responding to violence against education personnel.\r\n\r\nThis <a href=\"https:\/\/fpss.lacsq.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/64\/2025\/10\/D14454-FINAL-FR-GuideViolenceMilieuScolaire_WEB.pdf\">guide<\/a> (in French only, the English guide will be available soon) provides clear guidelines, concrete tools, and courses of action to prevent, recognize, and effectively respond to situations of violence in schools.
