These decisions have very real consequences: reduced direct services to students, overworked school staff, and, most importantly, children who lack access to the support they need to succeed.\r\n\r\nAt the heart of this reality are vulnerable students, their families who often have to fight for support, and school teams who are severely under-resourced.
