M2010 – Replacement

If I replaced a School or Center Secretary, a Day Care Service Technician or a Administration Technician during the period in question, can I benefit from the agreement? 

Yes.  If you worked as a School or Center Secretary, as a Day Care Service Technician or as an Administration Technician during the period in question, that is, between December 31, 2010, and now, you are covered by the agreement.  You will get a salary adjustment based on the number of hours worked during the period in question.
