What happens with individual complaints?

Complaints for which the FPSS-CSQ is mandated are withdrawn in accordance with the agreement.  For individual complaints or those where the FPSS-CSQ did not have a representative mandate, the CNESST will contact the people concerned to inform them of the agreement and they can decide whether or not they want to pursue their complaint, respecting the prescribed deadlines.
