M2010 – Death

What happens if the person has died?

The beneficiaries (heirs, successors, etc.) can claim the payment from the employer of the deceased person.  You must notify the school board or center and provide supporting documents to receive the salary adjustments.  If you know anyone in this situation, please let them know what they need to do.
